LTC Pharmacy Market Assessment
Engagement with pharmacy automation supplier to evaluate the current state of the LTC pharmacy market. This project included the assessment of pharmacy automation suppliers and a detailed review of their solutions, LTC market opportunity, and recommendations on servicing the market.
Interim Management - EVP Ops LTC Pharmacy
Acquisition of a multi-site regional pharmacy created a need for an acting COO to position the newly acquired pharmacies to integrate with the national pharmacy. 18-month interim position (reporting to the CEO of the acquiring company) managing operations for three LTC pharmacies servicing over 75,000 beds. Project included customer contract re-negotiation, pharmacy re-layout for best practice workflow, integration of new technology, transition to the national standard pharmacy system, and new customer aquisition process.
Diligence Related to Product and Company Acquistion
Detailed diligence completed to identify potential for product and company acquisition including product engineering, manufacturability, and operations review. In addition, financial modeling completed to determine business viability and customer potential mapping for integration of the different technologies.
